hey look, im philosopher.. naw not really. well maybe. i wrote today... and then got interrupted.. =/

well i thought id just put it here for no good reason.

How can I be constant, a static being, and separate from the dust on which I walk? In Western culture we so often see ourselves as royality upon the inanimate throne of the earth; for the earth's composure is based on laws, and is in constant change--surely we are above this. But how so? My consciousness is threaded with every last thought. My next thought is a reflection of the last, the very next rung on this ladder, and I am constantly climbing--or perhaps descending. Direction is uncertain, but I know that if I am, I am moving, and in a manner not unlike the unconscious world.

And so, you may draw the conclusion that I value all things equally--and you would be somewhat correct. It would seem to me that we are all units of a whole. One typically thinks of a meter as a meter. But, contradictingly, one sees a millimeter as a millimeter. Is it not ignorant to have forgotten the meter? Likewise, are we so foolish as to not consider the nanometer within the unit I have called the millimeter, which is part of the whole--the meter? Most will combat this line of reasoning with their isolated consciousness. Indeed, I do not know what you are thinking, nor do you peer into my skull. But is this cause to separate us? You have already broken us into millimeters, into individuals. Watch, now, the nanometer. How aware is your hand of your lungs? Or your hair of your teeth? It is only when you again rise to a whole, an individual, a millimeter from a nanometer, that you can report on the status of every smaller unit. It is only then that we come to understand the harmonious mixture that takes place on a smaller, more focused level. And so, you must understand that you and I are one and the same--but, on our level, are not directly aware of this anymore than your hair is aware of its connection to your teeth. If you are able to consider yourself a self, then you must consider yourself and myself a unanimous self as well.

It is with this that I see no difference in touching the fingertip of another or touching nothing at all. If I were to explain this to a person, it is conceivable that they would find insult in such devaluing of their humanity. But am I devaluing their humanity, or would this person be devaluing that nothingness?--that air, that thing you are now breathing.

...i got interrupted here. i want to finish this.. i think this is a good start for my entire philosophy..ive got a lot of things to say, heh. ..and next time another debate happens in the forum, i can just paste it all in. metaphysics? axiology? *paste* "that's what I have to say about that!" :) (Smile) i want to have it typed out so i can revise it and look back on things too. hmm. i dont have time for this 8) (Cool)
